Return and refund policy

  1. Contact our staff via call center or LINE Official Account.

2. Provide our staff with order information such as Date of Purchase, Receipt no. , Products that you want to return or exchange, and so on.

3. Wait for approval from our staff.

4. If your request is approved, our staff will contact you to make an appointment for products return or exchange one day before the date.

5. In case of refund or any cost incurred on the product returning process, we will refund your payment within 5-45 days depending on your payment methods.

Remarks: Return and refund request must be placed within 7 days after receipt of products.
