How to order

How to search for our products

  1. search for products by typing text such as brand, model name, product name, product category, and others in search box at the top of the page after that press search button.
  2. search from the tab menu at the bottom of the search box, which starts from the main category of the product and goes to a subcategory of goods.

How to buy our products

  1. When you are on the product page, you can order that product immediately. If you don't want to continue selecting other products, you must click “Shop now”. The system will take you to the checkout process and take you next to the payment page.

- In case you want to buy more than 1 item, you must click “Add to My Cart”. When you finish selecting all the products, you need to click on “My Cart” which is located on the top right corner of the website page

Note: In case the product is a Pre-Order product or is an out-of-stock product, you can press the “Pre-order” button.

On the My Cart page…

  1. You can add/remove items to your shopping cart by clicking on the “Trash Bin” icon located beside the items in your shopping cart. In case you want to add another product, you must click “Continue shopping” or search for more products and add them to your shopping cart later.
  2. When you have finished choosing various products. You can click on “Pay Now” and the system will take you to the checkout process and take you to the next payment page.

How to make a payment

  1. You must first sign in to your account. If you don't have an account yet, create one first and then sign in to go to the next step.
  2. Fill in a shipping address or select a saved shipping address.
  3. Check the list of products and details in your shopping cart before proceeding to the next step.
  4. Choose a shipping method.
  5. Click “Pay now” and it will take you to the payment process.

How to track order status

  1. You can check your order status by clicking on "My Account" and then clicking on "My Orders". After that, the system will display your order status.
