Product warranty Policy
For MONO brand furniture products, all products are 1 year guaranteed.
Conditions covered by the warranty:
- Chair type furniture: the warranty covers defects that caused from manufacturing and materials used in manufacturing eg. leg base, seat base, armrest, gas lift, lumbar support, and so on.
- Wood type furniture: the warranty covers defects that caused from manufacturing and materials used in manufacturing. The main structure is abnormally damaged causing products to not be able to function well according to the standard of its use.
- The assembly is not properly installed by the company’s staff.
- Damage caused by delivery by the company’s staff.
Conditions NOT covered by the warranty:
- Damage caused by the wrong use of the products.
- Damage caused by product modification or improper movement.
- Damage due to product’s lifetime
- Damage caused by termites, moths, and fungi.
- Damage caused by natural disasters.
- Delamination caused by moisture, water, or heat.
- Damage caused by careless use and improper cleaning methods.
- Clearance sales products.
